Terms & Conditions

Please read all the terms and conditions carefully before completing the form and making any payment.

A 50% deposit is required to ensure that the slot is reserved. The client who makes full deposit payment will get the priority of the booking. Kindly note that the deposit is non-refundable/transferable.

All balance payment has to be cleared 1 calendar day prior to the service date. All payments received are strictly non-refundable/transferable. Please note that failure to make payment will result in absent of Artist turning up on the service date.

There shall be no refunds should the rates of the services for the revised booking are lower than that for the original booking. In such cases, Client is also required to make the full payment based on the higher rates if they have not paid the balance. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

If after confirmation and Client wishes to change the service date, only one-time change of date is allowed and there will be no additional charge for the change of date if there is no scheduling conflict and Artist is available for the new date. This is only applicable if the new service date is within 180 days after the original date. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited.

If there is any cancellation of service before the wedding date by Client, it must be made in writing and sent via messages or email. Deposit will not be refunded. If Client fails to supply written cancellation as specified before the wedding date or cancels within 30 days of the wedding date, Client shall be required to pay the full balance due.

Arieltistry shall work with Client to reschedule the Event (within 180 days) at no postponement penalty to the Client as a result of events such as a force majeure which are beyond the reasonable control of the Artist and/or Client. A forced majeure event includes any act of God, enemy or hostile government action, acts or threats of terrorism, political stife, riots, civil commotion, fire, earthquake, flood, storm, tempest, nuclear fallout, inclement weather, soil instability and any other cause whether of the kind specifically hereinbefore referred to or otherwise which is not reasonably within the control of the Artist and/or Client. In the event that Client opts for cancellation instead of postponement, the above cancellation condition applies.

Client grants Arieltistry permission to display selected images resulting from this assignment as an example of Arieltistry portfolio works.

Client shall not hold the Artist liable and agree to indemnify Arieltistry for any harm, claim, loss, costs, damage, injury or product reaction to any person or property arising, either directly or indirectly, from the Artist’s performance, or any other reason whatsoever.

All brushes, tools and makeup products are kept sanitary and are sanitised between makeup applications. Any skin condition or allergies should be reported by the Client to the Artist prior to application. Client(s) agree to release the Artist from liability for any skin complications due to allergic reactions. If Client(s) have a serious skin and/or health conditions, the Artist will have to discontinue the service(s) due to hygiene complications. Artist also reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to Client in the event of any potential health risk.

In the unlikely event that the Artist is unable to carry out the services for your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. fire, transportation problems, acts of God, accident, government action, acts of terrorism, injured or becomes too ill, etc.), Arieltistry will make every effort to secure a replacement artist. If a suitable replacement cannot be found and/or if the choice of replacement artist is rejected by the client, responsibility and liability is limited to the return of all payments made by the client to Arieltistry only.

Client is required to be punctual for services. Artist should not be penalised if the Client is late for makeup services and Artist cannot finish the service by the said time required.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse service to the Client or members of the party for, in the event of (including but not limited to) abusive and threatening behaviour.

There is no allowance for reducing the number of makeover pax (within 1 location), only add-on available (if time permits, changing of time is subjected to Artist's availability)

Clients will be contacted 2 months before their wedding date for a trial. Trials are generally done one month before your service date. The trial will be conducted on a weekday at artist's studio. Should the Client require the trial to be done on weekends, it will be subjected to Artist's availability.

A refundable deposit of $50 nett may be requested on the actual day for rental of hair accessories. All accessories to be returned within 5 days after wedding date. There will be a penalty of $10/day of delay.

Any changes to this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties. This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties and their acknowledgement in this agreement.

Once the deposit has been made and received, the Client is deemed to have confirmed the service and is agreeable with all the terms and conditions.
